As deadly as this disease may seem, it can still be avoided if proper health maintenance is implored, which include calcium intake for bone building, mineral intake, exercise, vitamin intake, and proper medications.
All hope is not lost on people with oesteoporose (osteoporosis), as it can be minimized with medication, and such people can do well to avoid falling in order to prevent bone breakage, as the bone will be weak and prone to breaking.
